The shop is full to the ceiling with games and puzzles. Libby was ‘Amazen’. Gave us demos and explained the games. She was so helpful and knows the products so well! 5 stars to Libby and ‘Amazen’. We will be back!

This store is consistently Fantastic! Amber served us today and was so patient showing us a few games and helping us decide what suits us best. The best customer service and team, we've been back so many times and will keep coming!

Amber and Libby were fantastic!! I came in a number of times this week looking for new games for my son’s birthdays. Amber helped me by showing and giving me a go at the game and talking me through the rules etc. Libby helped heaps by hiding the games for me to take out of the store when I had my kids in the shop with me. Great store!

We had the best time at Amazen! Libby and Amber helped us find the perfect gifts for the family! (Hedbanz & Taco, Goat, Pizza) They were even happy to demo the games for us which really sold it to us! Love this independent store!

My girls came in today and were thrilled with the service of your staff. A special shout out to Lincon who acted very professionally but made sure we found a game we loved. His enthusiasm and spectacular sense of humour was very well received. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience recently whilst shopping for some Christmas presents at this store. I was specifically looking for a kids puzzle - oe of the staff members, Libby, showed me the kids range and recommended a puzzle for my 6 year old son. She also demonstrated a variety of other games he might be interested in. I found this super helpful to work out which ones would be suitable for him. My son absolutely loves the puzzle and game we bought. I really appreciated Libby's help in finding a gift. The range of products in this shop is amazen!!

This is by far the best game shop I have been to. The customer service/experience was fantastic and I wish every store was like this! Massive shout out to Libby for being incredibly approachable and knowledgeable!
